TAAN unveils 9-course tasting menu TAAN
TAAN, Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok’s Thai fine-casual restaurant, is delighted to unveil a 9-course tasting menu. The menu gives diners the chance to try the full scope of TAAN Executive Chef Monthep Kamolsilp’s “hyper-local” Thai cuisine in a single sitting.
As ever, the dishes showcase unique ingredients sourced from local independent artisans, from Nakhon Si Thammarat in the south of Thailand to Khon Kaen in the northeast, while Chef Monthep’s creativity comes to the fore in unusual flavor combinations that flip the script on traditional Thai cooking.
Highlight selections include:
– Ranong spiny lobster cured in fish sauce and served with frozen green chili and Royal Project caviar
– Nan fermented organic pork
– Surat Thani minced fermented daily wild caught grouped dip with sun-dried tomato and crispy fish skin
The tasting menu is available for THB 2,100++ per person.
