TAAN invites you to experience a new seasonal menu, “Ayutthaya”—a culinary exploration into the roots of Thai cuisine and the cultural exchange that shaped it.

     Step into the past and immerse yourself in the stories of Ayutthaya’s rich gastronomic tapestry. Chef Thep’s mission is to unravel the historical aspects that have shaped Thailand into the vibrant culinary destination it is today. Each of the ten courses showcases flavours, techniques and ingredients pulled  from the city’s vibrant cultural exchange.

Following a similar philosophy to our food, our drinks highlight local base spirits and ingredients with stories behind them. Where possible, the bar team makes all elements from scratch, also utilising many infusion techniques to get the most flavours out of the ingredients.

Organic & BioDYNAMIC WINE

It goes without saying that good food always goes well with a great glass of wine. We select for you a range of biodynamic wines, which are those made without acidity adjustment, synthetic manipulation or manufactured additions such as yeast. We can assure you that these natural wines will satisfy your palate and complement your dining experience.
