A collaborative Thai New Year celebration with Michelin-starred guest chef, Chef Noom

This Songkran, TAAN is excited to announce an exclusive collaboration with one-Michelin-star chef, Thaninthorn “Noom” Chantrawan, of Chim by Siam Wisdom.
Joining forces with TAAN’s own Chef Monthep “Thep” Kamolsilp, Chef Noom will prepare a special Songkran menu available from April 9th to 15th that celebrates the rich culture and culinary heritage of Thailand.
Chef Noom will also visit TAAN on the evening of April 9th to offer a four-hands dining experience alongside Chef Thep.
The Thai New Year is a time for joyous celebration and at TAAN, we believe that there’s no better way to mark this important occasion than by bringing together two chefs who are dedicated to showcasing the best of what our country has to offer.
Chef Noom and Chef Thep will create an exclusive menu that highlights the true flavours, techniques, and ingredients that make Thai cuisine so beloved around the world.
