TAAN x Baan Tepa: Urban Farm Dinner<\/h1>\n

Greeted by a gorgeous sky view, our guests joined us for an evening of superb local produce and modern Thai flair. The special collaborative dinner from Chef Chudaree \u201cTam\u201d Debhakam and our own Chef Monthep \u201cThep\u201d Kamolsilp showcased some of the finest ingredients sourced from in and around Bangkok.<\/div>\n

Dishes like fermented soya orange tomato relish tart and crispy pork belly with herbal sauce highlighted ingredients plucked fresh from\u00a0<\/span>Baan Tepa Culinary Space<\/a>\u2019s own garden, while other offerings showed off items grown in urban farms across Bangkok, whether in Petchkasem or Taling Chan.<\/span><\/div>\n
