The menu gives diners the chance to try the full scope of TAAN Executive Chef Monthep Kamolsilp\u2019s \u201chyper-local\u201d Thai cuisine in a single sitting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">As ever, the dishes showcase unique ingredients sourced from local independent artisans, from Nakhon Si Thammarat in the south of Thailand to Khon Kaen in the northeast, while Chef Monthep\u2019s creativity comes to the fore in unusual flavor combinations that flip the script on traditional Thai cooking.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Highlight selections include: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&#8211; Ranong spiny lobster cured in fish sauce and served with frozen green chili and Royal Project caviar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&#8211; Nan fermented organic pork<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&#8211;
